Thursday morning is my weekly 79pt workout. The workout starts at 6:15 am. Weather was sunny but a slight chill hovering at upper 50’s getting into 60’s by end of workout. Running tights and razorback tank were the perfect pair for the intense workout.
The WOD (workout of the day) was as follows:

5 sets
2 blocks-running steady
15-Weighted air squats using 8lb med ball
10- modified handstand pushups
20- ab bridges
30-walking lunges

finished around 34 minutes
