Spade-Push Ups
Clubs-Burpees
Hearts-Jumping Air Squats
Diamonds- Ab Blasts
Joker-Sprint

Ace-16
King-15
Queen-12

Example
Queen of Hearts is 12 jumping air squats

Ace of Spades is 16 push ups

We worked our way through 52 shuffled cards. We never knew what was coming next. This workout was crazy! Up, down, run, squat…BURN!!!!
