Sweat in the A.M.

Over the holidays I read an article in the January issue of Self discussing the benefits of A.M. Workouts. I couldn’t agree more. Once you workout, you have the entire day to go hard at work and then your nights are free!

As I read the tip about meeting a Bestie in the A.M. for a workout, I texted one for an early morning trail run meet up.

Besides, you are not going to stand someone up before sunup are you?
